• Contact details: name, phone number, email address and mailing address of clients, borrowers, homeowners, agents and other property contacts.

• Property and order details: property address, access instructions, and order information from lenders, appraisal management companies and other clients.

• Payment details: invoice and payment status. Card and bank payments are processed by our payment provider (such as PayPal); we do not store full card or bank account numbers.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

• with the client who ordered the appraisal (for example, a lender or appraisal management company), as part of the assignment;

Data retention and security

We keep appraisal records for the period required by appraisal standards and law (generally at least five years). We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information.
